Qosmos, as a company, was heard on April 17th as a witness by the investigating judge as part of the pending judicial investigation opened on April 4th, 2014. This status of witness was confirmed at the end of this hearing. Consequently, the investigating judge considers that as things stand, no charge is brought against the company, which is not indicted.
